About The Position

The Terminal Performance Specialist drives operation enhancements, quality
improvements, and cost efficiencies with port/terminal operators. Enables Hapag
Lloyd's organization to react faster, establish corrective actions upholding
direct onsite communication with the terminal, and ensure feedback. Drives
day-to-day berth prospect agreements with terminals, focusing on the fast
turnaround of vessels to meet network requirements. Monitors operational
progress. Drives proforma optimizations in collaboration with Network Execution.

logistics services at selected locations in addition to the terminal activities.
