Requirements

  • Senior working toward a Bachelor's degree or already graduated with a Bachelor's degree.
  • Pursuing a preferred major including Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or Technology-related degree.
  • Proven leadership experience through internships, student groups, professional organizations, or community involvement.
  • Ability to organize and present ideas in a compelling manner to various audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Learn from top technology talent at a global, enterprise organization.
  • Participate in large scale development and deployment of both corporate and restaurant systems using the newest technologies.
  • Engage in a flexible work environment where critical thinking and independent operation are encouraged.
  • Receive coaching from industry leaders to develop into a future leader at McDonald's.
  • Rotate through three areas of the Global Technology Infrastructure & Operations team, spending about 8 months in each rotation.
