About The Position
The Specialist, Talent Management - L&I Recruitment at Con Edison is responsible for coordinating Talent Acquisition processes for new hires and transfers of both exempt and non-exempt employees. This role supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing communications in the applicant tracking system (ATS), reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and handling background checks.
