About The Position

We are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process from the initial request to a successful hire being made. You will work with the recruiting team to design and execute appropriate sourcing and recruiting strategies, including building effective networks and relationships to create an on-going pipeline of candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for supporting company hiring initiatives, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the professional development and effective management of the recruiting staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of work experience in full lifecycle recruiting in a high-volume, fast paced recruiting environment.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
  • Strong analytical experience required.
  • Personal computer experience with a high degree of proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and Windows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively build relationships and network with candidates and internal partners.
  • Adept problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts full life cycle recruiting using various resources including a candidate tracking system, internet recruiting, and direct recruitment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Participates in strategic workforce planning relating to recruiting.
  • Supports organizational efforts to maximize diversity and create an inclusive environment to value differences.
  • Interacts with all levels of management and staff.
  • Assesses associate and candidate qualities and provides appropriate feedback to management.
  • Serve as a talent consultant to our executive leaders.
  • Supports and assists the compensation area in drafting and evaluating position descriptions.
  • Evaluates and identifies targeted recruiting resources.
  • Helps manage all related administrative duties related to the search process.
  • Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Assist in achieving and maintaining industry performance standards.
  • Manages the Internal Posting and Employee Referral Program.
  • Reviews resumes and interview candidates for open positions.
  • Approves selection of candidates and create offer letters.
  • Negotiates terms in offer letters and rescind offers when required.
  • Participates in weekly staff meetings and other meetings as directed.
  • Communicates information about positions and the organization.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with prospects and candidates.
  • Conducts research on industry trends and best practices.
  • Maintains confidentiality to comply with company practices and/or relevant laws.
  • Ensures compliance with all hiring policies and practices.
