Specialist - SUPPLY Third Party Risk Mgmt
About The Position
The Specialist in Third Party Operations (TPO) will support the onboarding, setup, compliance, and ongoing governance of third-party suppliers within Supply Chain. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate supplier data in Oracle EBS, processing business requests, reviewing documentation and insurance requirements, and ensuring suppliers are properly established to support procurement activity in alignment with internal controls and policy standards. The Specialist will also support Third Party Risk Management processes, audits, and process improvements, working closely with Supply Chain, Legal, Risk Management, and business partners to strengthen governance, reduce risk, and improve both supplier and internal customer experience. Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding, setup, compliance, and ongoing governance of third-party suppliers within Supply Chain
- Maintain accurate supplier data in Oracle EBS
- Process business requests
- Review documentation and insurance requirements
- Ensure suppliers are properly established to support procurement activity in alignment with internal controls and policy standards
- Support Third Party Risk Management processes, audits, and process improvements
