Come join us and be a part of our journey.A Brief OverviewThe Specialist, Supply Chain Operations, is responsible for supporting network planning across multiple manufacturing sites, with a strong focus on demand processing, data integrity, demand-to-supply translation, and capacity planning. This role plays a key role in Corporate and Plant Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI&OP) processes, performs advanced supply chain data analytics, and partners closely with Plant Operations and Supply Chain Managers to drive capacity modeling, network optimization, and other strategic initiatives. The position ensures demand inputs are accurate and aligned across systems, then builds and owns models that translate demand into actionable production and capacity plans, identifies constraints, and provides clear visibility of risks and mitigation options.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years Experience in supply chain, planning, or operations within a manufacturing environment (Required)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Query, data modelling, complex formulas) (High proficiency)
  • Data-driven decision-making and strong analytical skills to evaluate KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. (High proficiency)
  • Ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations (High proficiency)
  • Understanding of capacity planning, production planning, and SI&OP processes (High proficiency)
  • Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and data structures (Medium proficiency)
  • Communication skills across all levels of the organization (High proficiency)
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment (High proficiency)
  • Bachelor's Degree Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years Experience in CPG, beauty, or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments (Preferred)
  • 1-3 years Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with Operations, Planning, and/or Commercial teams (Preferred)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI or similar) (Medium proficiency)

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and validate demand inputs (forecast, customer signals)
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems, identify inconsistencies and risks in demand signals and communicate changes and impacts clearly to stakeholders
  • Convert finished goods demand into bulk, line, and labor requirements, align demand with inventory and production plans, ensure consistency across BOMs, yields, and batch sizes and support alignment between planning assumptions and operational reality
  • Build and maintain capacity models to translate demand into line and site capacity requirements, identify constraints and quantify gaps (units, hours, utilization), perform scenario analysis to support decision-making, provide clear visibility of capacity risks and mitigation options
  • Support preparation of capacity and supply inputs for SI&OP cycles, translate execution data into planning insights, identify risks, gaps, and trade-offs, and communicate them to stakeholders and support development of clear, structured planning narratives
  • Validate material and capacity availability to support PO acceptance and order acknowledgment. Support planning, scheduling, and order management activities and provide data-driven support to sites and corporate teams when issues require escalation
  • Maintain and communicate plant operating calendars, ensuring alignment with scheduled downtime, holidays, and production plans. Support data transfers and coordination of production or inventory movements between sites.
  • Assist in tracking and reporting supply chain KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and benchmarking initiatives by identifying and addressing data or process inconsistencies.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for various supply chain projects as assigned
