About The Position

Collaborate with overseas and domestic personnel to create inter-company ship plans. Collaborate with Purchasing, Studio, Sales teams, global vendors, and freight forwarders to determine optimal initial procurement timing, quantity, and breakdown. Manage the upload, documentation and filing of Freight invoices. Mange the filing for all Receipts, Transfers, and Customs documents, for auditing purposes. Maintain communication tools to keep all internal customers informed of shipment status

Requirements

• A highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal, organizational, proven problem solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Working knowledge of Ocean, Air and Ground freight, plus courier shipping.
• Knowledge of logistics and customs terminology.
• Ability to work and communicate with cross-functional internal and external partners.
• Proven track record of building partner relationships.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to influence others through demonstrated expertise.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment, while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions on a variety of issues, with the goal of minimal impact to the business and bottom line.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, required.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3+ years of International Logistics experience.
