Procurement Professional with strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement with broad knowledge of project management. This role manages procurements, projects and processes that can be inside or outside of their immediate job area. Typically, responsible for managing multiple Government procurements in support of multiple Government Programs. Explains, interprets, communicates and achieves cooperation on policies, procedures and practices with internal and external customers. May provide guidance and assistance to other employees. This position requires following established procedures and policies to perform assigned tasks. Requires professional judgment and use and/or application of supply chain/procurement principles, theories, and concepts learned from prior experiences with the analysis of the issues.
