The primary scope of this position is to manage department remodel and non-storing special projects from pre-construction activities (schedules, review of plans and bidding) through construction activities (implementing of construction activities, budget management and municipal sign offs) and warranty / close-out period (completion of punch list / warranty items and close-out financial documents within Company timeline requirements). Our flexible/ hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, Scarborough, ME, Hyattsville, MD and Mauldin, SC.
