About The Position
As a recruiter at MAHLE, you will be responsible for filling open positions end-to-end in your area of responsibility. This includes reviewing incoming applications, conducting assessments, and performing both telephone and face-to-face interviews with candidates. You will utilize creative and intelligent search strategies to identify suitable candidates and approach them proactively. Establishing an internal and external candidate network is crucial, as is maintaining contact with potential candidates. You will accompany candidates throughout the application process, ensuring a positive candidate experience while representing MAHLE's corporate values as an authentic brand ambassador. Additionally, you will ensure smooth communication with specialist departments and the global MAHLE recruiter network, guiding hiring managers through the selection and onboarding process. Continuous development of your understanding of the target group, market trends, and innovative recruiting ideas will be essential in this role.
