About The Position
The Sales Support Specialist provides support to the internal and external sales team by relieving them of administrative or related work. Uses intermediate to advanced level of knowledge of product and service offerings to support customers and sales teams. The Sales Support Specialist engages with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.
