About The Position

The primary function is to administer timely and accurate processing of chargebacks, in a support role for a specific Trading Partner or Partners, related to customer contracts with indirect sales through our Trading Partners. The secondary function of this role is to serve as technical lead for applications, tools, and interfaces that support Sales Processing. Provide analytical support and timely resolution of all disputes assigned.

Requirements

  • General understanding and previous experience of end-to-end commercial contracting operations.
  • Ability to plan, organize and manage a variable workload and meet deadlines with accurate results.
  • Demonstrated ability with strong interpersonal skills to lead/guide others toward desired results.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) is required. Ability to manipulate data using VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
  • Information Technology training, certifications or relevant work experience supporting business applications and commercial data tools such as EDI.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate error and fatal lines to determine root cause for failure (original and resubmits).
  • Interface with Membership Team, Contracting Analysts and Data Governance Team for issue resolution.
  • Work closely with Information Technology and stakeholders to manage setup and maintenance of technical tools and interfaces that support Sales Processing such as new Power BI query tools, and Electronic Data Interface tools.
  • Complete test scripts for Model N upgrade and enhancement testing.
  • Assist with 'special projects' related to Sales Processing.
  • Create and maintain data maps.
  • Request customer number creation/maintenance.
  • Communicate with assigned Trading Partners to manage accuracy of data.
  • Conduct, at a minimum, monthly calls with their assigned Trading Partners.
  • Expected to accomplish independent analysis for their Trading Partner lines with limited supervision and technical guidance from their manager.
  • Interact with multiple levels of management, including Commercial Contract Analysts and Managers, GPO Analysts and Managers and Directors if need be to resolve contract pricing or membership issues.
  • Work on special projects as they arise.
