About The Position

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. In this role you will act as a Recovery Agent - managing Damage Claims (Insurance Focused) Recover costs for damages to AT&T network assets. Apply insurance, liability, and subrogation knowledge to manage AT&T Network damage claims, auto liability driving incidents, and contractor caused damages. Work centers on documenting the loss, substantiating the liability position, and securing payment from responsible carriers or adverse parties. Job Contribution: A professional with solid knowledge of fundamental concepts and organizational practices, working on smaller projects. Exercises judgment in the absence of prescribed guidelines or policies determine appropriate action. Works under minimal supervision with independent judgement. Actions impact efficiency and costs. Interacts primarily within the department, across various teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 1+ years of related experience.
  • Insurance Background encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Risk Assessment and Analysis: Identify, assess, and prioritize organizational risks using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Develop and conduct regular risk evaluations.
  • Risk Mitigation Strategies: Create and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to minimize potential risks. Monitor and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations, laws, and standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare required documentation.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk management activities for senior management and stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive records of risk assessments and mitigation plans.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required, including collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing risk management software, providing expert advice, and leading incident response efforts.
