Job Summary: The Quality Control Specialist is responsible for inspecting, auditing, and validating the quality of cabinet assembly products in a high-volume, hourly-driven manufacturing environment. This role ensures cabinet builds, cable assemblies, and test activities meet defined quality standards prior to progression or release. In addition to inspection and audit execution, this role supports the design and implementation of scalable quality workspaces and processes that enable consistent inspection across assemblers of varying skill levels, junior network testers, and cable assemblers. The role partners closely with Operations, Industrial Engineering, and Engineering to support throughput, defect prevention, and partial automation of test documentation while maintaining quality integrity.
