About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Purchasing Specialist to join our team. The Purchasing Specialist is responsible for coordinating the procurement process, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services. The ideal candidate should have an excellent communication and negotiation skills, be an analytical thinker, and demonstrate a good working knowledge of purchasing strategies. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar procurement role
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Proficiency in using purchasing software
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in purchase order processing
• Ability to tasks and mange multiple procurement projects

Responsibilities

• Assist in the procurement process
• Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
• Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements
• Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
• Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records
• Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
