About The Position

Join SITA's Procurement team and play a key role in building and maintaining a best practice digital procurement environment. This role supports the Digital Procurement Lead in maintaining purchasing system databases, producing key procurement reports and dashboards, and managing workflows within our new low-code/no-code ERP platform, Ivalua. You will also act as administrator of SITA's self-service corporate travel tool, ensuring smooth operations, policy compliance, and support to our travellers - including senior leadership. This is a transformational position, operating in an evolving environment where processes and expectations continue to change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in purchasing or financial system operations with understanding of ERP systems.
  • Strong IT literacy with advanced Excel skills; experience with reporting tools (e.g. Power BI) an advantage.
  • Ability to analyse procurement and financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to present and explain data to senior stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset, customer focus, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving, transformational environment.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the integrity of purchasing master data and supplier databases, including catalogue management and transactional housekeeping.
  • Design and produce procurement dashboards and reporting, turning financial and procurement data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Administer and configure SITA's procurement system (Ivalua), supporting workflows, error resolution, and system improvements.
  • Act as administrator of SITA's corporate self-service travel tool, managing policies, resolving booking issues, and supporting traveller compliance.
  • Liaise with central and regional teams on reporting, KPIs, and management information requirements, and provide training support to P2P users.
  • Support compliance monitoring by producing P2P key performance indicator reporting and contributing to continuous process improvement.
  • Conduct market research and provide sourcing market intelligence as required.
