Under general supervision, process and support Breezeline Business VOIP, PRI, Commercial WiFi and standard voice orders and services for all regions To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems, Google Workspace application suite and Salesforce Familiarity with data modems, MTAs, ATAs, Hosted PBX equipment, VOIP networking, SIP Protocol, IP routing and switching, mobile phones, WiFi, PRI and associated enterprise equipment is preferred This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
