Specialist – Product Coordinator The Specialist – Product Coordinator plays a key role in shaping assortment strategy, enhancing member experiences across channels, and driving business performance through strong analytical, financial, and digital capabilities. This role partners closely with cross‑functional teams to translate customer insights, market trends, and financial data into actionable recommendations that improve product performance and support strategic growth. Analyzing merchandise sales data and metrics: For example, item category department sales turn in stock using appropriate tools dashboards and data sources in order to extract relevant information. Recommending strategic adjustments based on emerging trends and evolving consumer expectations. Translating complex data sets into insights that influence pricing, markdowns, order quantities, and corrective actions. Researching industry and macroeconomic trends (e.g., pricing, unemployment, competitive shifts) to anticipate market changes and inform strategy. Identifying opportunities to introduce new items or categories and improve customer journeys across channels. Maintaining open communication with business partners to ensure alignment on strategic decisions and streamlined ways of working. Analyzing and interpreting customer behavior, including demand trends, buying patterns, and channel‑specific shopping behaviors. You’ll sweep us off our feet if... Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field OR 1 years’ experience in inventory planning, replenishment, allocation, purchasing, or related field. The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 - $40.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
