About The Position

The Used Equipment Program Specialist plays a key role within the Product Planning team, directly supporting our used equipment program and strategic partnerships with third-party vendors. This role helps strengthen the program through inventory management, pricing analysis, and operational improvements. The ideal candidate will manage used inventory, maintain accurate and timely data, and collaborate with internal teams and factory partners to ensure effective End-of-Life (EOL) management. The role also contributes to data analytics initiatives and requires strong systems, process, and operational aptitude. This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Boca Raton, FL so that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Product Planning, Business Development, Asset Management, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize effectively, and support multiple business objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing sales relationships is required.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrated adaptability and ability to work across multiple functional areas.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth

Responsibilities

  • Used Equipment Management/Population Managemnet - Manage and monitor all used equipment inventory across the Americas (U.S., Canada, LATAM).
  • Track internal activities related to used inventory and ensure data accuracy.
  • Maintain and update the used inventory tracker; communicate availability and status to Sales.
  • Develop pricing recommendations for Finance and Sales to optimize inventory movement.
  • Provide input on margin analysis and pricing standards.
  • Perform target margin analysis in coordination with Pricing Specialists.
  • Drive cross-functional requests related to used equipment, including new program initiatives and product changes.
  • Build and maintain product structures, pricing, and system configurations for used equipment.
  • Evaluate profitability of current inventory and the installed base.
  • Coordinate used equipment ordering and forecasting with internal partners.
  • Act as a primary liaison with CFS (Care Finance Services) and 3rd-party vendors on used equipment activities.
  • Collaborate closely with Inventory Control, Planning/Procurement, Logistics, Sales Operations, and Category Marketing.
  • Provide feedback and support for product lifecycle and milestone management.
