About The Position

The position involves providing superior customer service in a hospitality environment, specifically within the Seven Stars Lounge and Laurel Lounge. The role requires maintaining a positive attitude, creating an energetic atmosphere, and building relationships with guests through warm greetings and attentive service. Responsibilities include seating guests, managing waiting times, performing satisfaction checks, and overseeing beverage service. The individual will also promote membership programs and ensure a fun-filled environment for guests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding public relations skills and outgoing personality.
• Entertainment background or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of MICROS system preferred.
• Appropriate training on CMS system.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.
• Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creating positive energy with gestures.
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guest's wins.
• Greets guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.
• Checks for satisfaction and resolves service breakdowns.
• Promotes Total Rewards programs and card membership.
• Seats guests with a smile and initiates the execution of the service experience.
• Responsible for seating and rotating lines while recognizing and developing rapport with VIPs.
• Ensures accuracy of forecasted waiting times.
• Performs satisfaction checks when not seating guests.
• Oversees duties performed by the Buffet Beverage Server/Beverage Server.
• Markets the outlet and entertains guests.
• Maintains knowledge of all menu items and pertinent information.
• Approves or denies admittance to the lounges for additional guests.
• Acts in a professional and courteous manner.
• Performs station and side work checks.
• May perform non-union restaurant duties as assigned.
