About The Position

Promoting provider best practices and ensuring that we provide the highest quality of care to Thirty Madison patients everywhere is vital to supporting that customer experience. Accordingly, we’re looking for a patient-focused and quality-obsessed physician to join KMG Medical Group as a speciality level telemedicine provider to see patients with complex medical conditions, serve as a point of escalation for questions from the entire care team, and as a formal clinical consultant for providers. Requirements

  • MD/DO with board certification in Psychiatry
  • Experience treating depression, anxiety and other mental health conditions
  • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience
  • Willingness to work at least 16 weekend hours
  • Proven experience coaching and/or managing clinicians
  • Multiple state licenses required; 10 licenses or more preferred
  • A team player experienced in helping people at all levels of the care team provide specialty level care to patients
  • Obsessed with delivering high-quality care with a high level of empathy to patients
  • Passionate about asking intuitive questions and educating patients about their chronic condition
  • Excited by the potential for telemedicine to transform healthcare for the better
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on clarity and compassion

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in Spanish both (both written and spoken) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Direct patient care including direct management and consultations/escalations
  • Administrative responsibilities including chart review, education, protocol planning, development and optimization
  • Manage providers on the platform, serve as a lead for quality and professionalism concerns from clinical team as well as key partners
  • Serve as point of escalation for clinical consults
  • Assume direct management and care of complex patients
  • Develop and update training and onboarding materials and provide clinical trainings to the Mental Health team
  • Quality Programming and chart review of Mental Health cases
  • Available in real time to answer logistic and clinical questions from all members of the care team
  • Provide feedback about opportunities to improve quality of care and operational processes
