The individual will serve as the primary point of contact for production leaders and managers, ensuring accurate verification and review of timecards daily. Responsibilities also include back-end programming in etime to manage job codes, departmental updates, and holiday additions. The position requires a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, effective communication with associates, and the ability to escalate issues when necessary. The individual will also be cross-trained as a backup to cover for illness, vacation, or emergencies.
