About The Position

As a patient and provider advocate, you will play a crucial role in driving high levels of customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include monitoring and responding quickly to incoming requests from agents via chat support, providing best practices and customer support content using available tools and resources. You will conduct root cause analysis by documenting, reviewing, and researching patient and provider experiences, identifying training gaps, and communicating accurate facts and data to contact center supervisors. Understanding patient and provider requests and challenges is essential, as you will need to address them effectively and provide timely solutions. You will also be accountable for reporting and analyzing overall patient and provider escalations to improve the customer experience and promote a culture of constant learning based on frequently asked inquiries from agents.
