About The Position

This job will assist in the delivery of all partnership assets and activations. Additionally, this position will generate reporting, analytics, and proof of performance required for post-season recaps and renewal efforts. Executing well and exceeding expectations of our partners is key to renewals and to achieving the Strategic Alliances growth targets for the new combined company. This role allows us to dedicate focus to the partnership activation area and eliminates our current multi-hat approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related
• 2-4 years of experience in similar field

Nice To Haves

• Instructional Design or comparable certification (such as ID Cert with ATD)
• Ability to effectively communicate with partners and manage multiple projects at one time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with partners, including external clients and internal stakeholders
• Ensure that contractual assets are fulfilled, such as in-park exposure, hospitality and other key deliverables
• Plan and execute events and promotions for partners, such as clinics, hospitality events, and corporate meetings
• Track all elements and workflow for each partnership in the sponsorship management platform
• Analyze the performance of partnership campaigns to produce reporting and proof-of-performance
• Create recap presentations for partners to demonstrate fulfillment and showcase ROI
• Collaborate with various corporate functions and the local park teams to fulfill partnership assets
• Organize and maintain partner email lists and communication
