Job Description: Use common OD practices to assess, identify, analyze, and determine interventions to solve organizational and team issues within the organization globally. Serve as project manager for all OD projects globally by interfacing with Microchip GOLD team resources to ensure consistency in strategy of organizational development worldwide. Facilitate or manage resources within Microchip GOLD team or through external consultants to deliver corporate training classes as needed to support identified goals as one type of intervention. Design new courses and/or enhance existing course design using internal and external expertise. Provide coaching to leadership and individual contributors as needed to support developmental goals. Coach GOLD team members in OD practices. Conduct annual needs assessment and develop a training plan and budget for meeting identified training needs. Own the Guiding Values survey process by gathering data, analyzing results and communicating results. Complete training award applications within provided timelines. Leverage tools like AI to increase productivity.
