We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, OPS Client Service Representative to join our Structured Debt Client Platform team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL.

  • Provide quality support to clients with complex transactions and processes on a daily basis.
  • Independently assist clients by responding to phone, email and other inquiries regarding company products, services and procedures.
  • Respond to client questions on BNY product features and provide technical assistance for issues escalated by junior team members.
  • Research and resolve moderately complex operational or client issues, routing issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate teams in accordance with documented procedures.
  • Assist in providing status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to other teams.
  • Assist with process improvement by contributing ideas to improve team efficiency.
  • High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of total work experience preferred.
  • Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
  • Excellent writing, listening and communication skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and exercise sound critical thinking judgement.
  • Ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Experience in financial services preferred.
