About The Position

The position will assist in the overall operations in Ready Mix including management of raw materials, coordination of job sites, transactional duties as well as special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 1-2 years minimum of field experience
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Self-motivation with focus on goals

Responsibilities

• Promoting safety within the assigned territory
• Report to Plant Manager daily, as directed
• Working with Operations, Maintenance, QC on tablet usage
• Kronos editing and validation
• Review fuel charge out/usage via SCI Fuel System and verify to SAP
• Assist Plant Manager with monthly inventory, research variances, review GR, backflush, assist in completion of monthly inventory packet
• Develop a process flow on post and pre trip DVIR process
• Working with Plant Manager on plant cleanliness and plant improvements
• Helping to develop truck improvements
• Working on projects as directed
