About The Position
The HR Compliance Specialist is responsible for supporting the pre-employment hiring process for all Spirit Team Members. The HR Compliance Specialist coordinates pre-employment activities and maintains Team Member records to ensure compliance with Spirit Airlines policies and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will be well organized team-player, who can complete tasks with attention to detail and minimal errors.
