Hard Rock Digital is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Omni Activation Specialist to support the planning and execution of live brand activations that drive customer acquisition, engagement and awareness. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a passion for bringing a brand to life.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, event management, sales, or customer service.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and excited about customer-facing work.
  • Flexibility with schedules and ability to travel when needed.
  • The ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays depending on assigned schedule.
  • Must be able to work standing/walking for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to lift/move up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal) and a team-player attitude.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal & external partners.
  • A track record of analytical thinking & outside the box solutions to achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee activation setup, execution, and breakdown. Ensure all materials and signage are correctly placed and functional.
  • Manage brand ambassadors and serve as point of contact to escalate customer inquiries and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Ensure that brand ambassadors are well-trained, aligned with brand messaging, actively engaged with customers, and represent Hard Rock Bet with professionalism.
  • Maintain ongoing inventory of promotional materials and event supplies.
  • Track KPIs and gather feedback from brand ambassadors, customers and venue partners to help compile post-event reports and inform future activations.
  • Monitor the sports calendar (professional, collegiate, local events) to identify relevant activation opportunities aligned with our audience and business goals.
  • Stay up to date on events and happenings at partner venues and propose ways to activate with purpose and creativity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align activations with brand campaigns, product launches, or other business objectives.
