As a Bilingual (Spanish) New Member Journey Specialist, you would be responsible for onboarding our newest members into the NMJ program.

Requirements

• Must be Bilingual (Spanish)
• Excellent and confident communication skills
• Basic vacation ownership product knowledge
• Resourceful Problem Solving
• System knowledge with Voice and Clarity

• Timeshare sales and marketing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase, by providing a new member collateral
• Schedule a 14-day welcome call
• Sell a NMJ vacation and schedule vacation
• Provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations and review online access timeframe
• Provide seamless handoff to Quality Assurance team member
• If applicable, call members to offer a NMJ vacation package
• Provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests

• Complete all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned
• Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
