Testing Required: Not Applicable Hybrid Role: This role is hybrid, with an established schedule of in-person work required at an assigned work location. Any remote work is expected to be performed from an employee's primary residence, unless allowed (or prohibited) through the Company's remote work guidelines. Emergency Response: Yes - Must be available to perform a primary assignment in support of DTE's emergency response to storms or other events that impact service to our customers. Job Summary Supports development and implementation of new/revised policies, procedures, programs, initiatives, or solutions within the process or through cross-functional process boundaries with multiple business units, including Information Technology Systems, Fossil Generation, Nuclear Generation, Distribution Operations, Corporate Security, Generation Optimization, and Renewable Energy. Works closely with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from numerous business units to ensure North America Electrical Reliability Corp (NERC) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) and Operations and Planning (NERC 693) process documentation and programs meet the NERC compliance requirements and ensures that sustainment activities for the processes will meet audit standards. Also supports the NERC Compliance Organization (NCO) leaders in developing, monitoring, sharing, and improving processes and documentation associated with DTE Electric NERC standards adherence. Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of process clarity, process awareness, process performance measurements, process management, and documentation management for NERC CIP and/or 693 standards.
