Together with partners in Technology, Privacy, and Information Security, the team ensures our data infrastructure supports compliant, intelligent, and high-impact marketing programs across all global channels. Let’s talk about the role As the CDP Strategic Leader (Senior Manager), you will define and oversee the strategy, adoption framework, and governance of our Customer Data Platform. You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling data-driven personalization, segmentation, and activation — ensuring that our CDP evolves into a core enabler of connected customer experiences. You will guide how customer data is collected, unified, and activated across touchpoints, aligning technology capabilities with business priorities. Working closely with InfoSec, Privacy, Data, and Marketing teams, you’ll help establish best practices for data integrity, compliance, and scalable activation while developing the long-term roadmap for CDP success from a MarTech perspective.
