Responsibilities A planner develops immediate and overnight forecasted scheduling of aircraft maintenance requirements based on aircraft location and station capabilities Coordinates schedule of required daily, overnight and long range maintenance on all aircraft including maintenance checks and deferred maintenance requirements Develops, coordinates, and schedules Bill of Work for overnight maintenance and deferred tasks for department #envoyout Qualifications Who are we looking for? Requirements The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet competing deadlines from members of the team The ability to show initiative and critical thinking skills are necessary Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays Must be at least 18 years of age Must have strong working knowledge with all Microsoft suite programs, must have a high level of expertise in Excel, including proficiency in writing and calculating formulas using V-Lookup and pivot tables Must be able to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language Experience in working effectively under deadline pressures preferred Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management preferred Possess a high level of organization and interpersonal skills preferred Demonstrated understanding of Envoy Maintenance and Engineering computer systems preferred Strong familiarity with Envoy Maintenance and safety policies, procedures, agreements and budgeting functions preferred Above average organization, interpersonal, oral and written skills preferred High level of understanding of MOCPM performance and procedures preferred Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position. Requirements
