Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a preference for experience with Gulfstream G550, G600, or G500 models.
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification required.
• Proficient in project management, with a strong focus on time management, scheduling, and multi-tasking.
• Extensive experience in customer service, with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Knowledge of FAA regulations and industry best practices.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools, such as CAMP.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities in company aircraft.
• Ensure the timely completion of maintenance tasks to minimize aircraft downtime.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FAA regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to company safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of spare parts and maintenance tools.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of necessary parts and equipment.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide technical guidance and expertise in company aircraft, focusing on OEM inspection tasks, troubleshooting, and modifications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aircraft maintenance technology and practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related problems on time.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, staying organized, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of work quality.
• Collaborate with the flight department teams to support projects and customer requests.
• Actively participate in business aviation industry committee meetings.
• Occasionally travel to support company aircraft and events.
