Join us and feel the pride of changing lives: As a Logistic Specialist, you will be responsible for the specification, acquisition and installation of medical technology required for construction projects, medical equipment replacement and new medical technology acquisition projects. Manage equipment acquisition, delivery schedule, product installation, new equipment incoming inspection and existing equipment inventory. Obtain competitive pricing for equipment and processes equipment purchase requisitions. Manage equipment warehousing, delivery and installation. Coordinate new equipment incoming inspections with operational managers. Maintain and update electronic records of equipment purchase, delivery, installation, service information in equipment planning database and procurement database. Manages vendor invoice approval process. This role reports to 1129 Westchester Ave, White Plains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-3 years experience
