As a Lease Specialist at Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc., you will play a crucial role in managing all lease transactions for our Strategic Account customers. You will collaborate with leasing partners to secure prompt responses to new orders and work alongside the sales team to address any challenges related to new leases. Additionally, you will determine any special requirements for lease transactions and manage the equipment removal process for customer upgrades. Your ability to research and resolve servicing dealer compensation complaints will be vital in maintaining strong relationships with our partners and clients.
