About The Position
This position is responsible for new Team Member orientation to include Tyson policies and procedures. This position will also be responsible for facilitating learning courses, providing support during the delivery of leadership development courses and skills training for plant Team Members, collecting surveys to gather feedback, providing solution ideas of improvement opportunities. This position will interact regularly with HR and operations, as well as other management support and hourly Team Members.
