The Specialist, Learning & Development is responsible for developing, implementing and administering high-quality, impactful training programs and materials for the Company. As part of their responsibilities, this role will host our new hire orientation program, onboarding course and work diligently to keep the content fresh and engaging. They'll also help manage the HR training activities throughout the organization. The work schedule for this role is designated as hybrid, and will be in-office 4 days a week.
