About The Position

The Kyocera Fleet Service Software Specialist plays a crucial role in the administration of all Strategic Accounts on the Kyocera Fleet Services (KFS) platform. This position is primarily focused on the initial installation of KFS on the end user's network, ensuring that all devices are active and reporting correctly. The Specialist will interface with the Customer IT department to develop a comprehensive plan for the installation of KFS and will also be responsible for reconnecting KFS when necessary. This role requires effective communication with Servicing Dealers and Subsidiaries to guarantee that KFS is installed during the initial setup phase. In addition to installation duties, the Specialist will work closely with the Strategic Accounts Contracts Team to identify delinquent meters and actively monitor KFS for offline devices. Resolving KFS connection issues related to strategic account MIF is a key responsibility, as is reviewing the monthly missing meter report and working towards resolutions for key accounts. The Specialist will collaborate with the Sales team during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth deployment of KFS on each new machine installed. Maintaining an up-to-date user database to confirm the fleet remains active is essential, as is proactively updating firmware on all devices connected to KFS. The Specialist will also focus on improving the meter collection and reporting process and assist the service team with any network-related inquiries.
