Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of inventory experience in a manufacturing environment
At least 3 years of experience creating, pulling, and issuing work orders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows environment) required
Strong documentation skills with high attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Effective communication skills with colleagues
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to work overtime as needed
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Nice To Haves

Experience with Infor SyteLine is a plus

Responsibilities

Create work orders based on system-generated reports and production requirements
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Pull and issue material kits to assembly teams
Receive and process incoming inventory
Monitor and track shortages, replenishing parts as they become available
Accurately enter all inventory transactions into the system
Process RMAs in a timely manner
Collaborate with purchasing to identify and expedite shortages
Partner with the Manufacturing Manager to address operational concerns
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom
Assist in the shipping area as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
