About The Position
We are seeking a Specialist in Interactive UX Research with 10-12 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and possess analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. This role requires hands-on experience leading both qualitative and quantitative UX research in a product design environment, utilizing the Design Thinking approach. The candidate will be responsible for leading and conducting generative and evaluative user research, as well as facilitating workshops related to UX Research, both in person and remotely. The position demands a creative problem solver who is comfortable dealing with uncertainty and has experience with complex enterprise-scale or consumer design projects. A self-starter with the ability to define goals and strategies is essential, along with the capability to combine strategic thinking with pragmatism without sacrificing quality. The candidate should have a proactive and positive attitude, outstanding written and oral communication skills, and significant experience working with senior stakeholders and engineers.
