We are excited to bring on a Specialist, Integrations & Plan Configuration to join our Workplace Solutions organization. In this role, you will consult/analyze and deliver on more complex assignments/projects. As a Specialist, Integrations & Plan Configuration, you will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge. You will perform and support the integration of customers systems using Lincoln Financials' API capabilities. You will collaborate with internal/external stakeholders to coordinate activities, facilitate API integrations, and test and validate API solutions.

  • Manage and deliver on low complexity API integrations and ensure that the internal/external clients' overall service needs are satisfied and achieve the business and profitability objectives.
  • Review clients' plan designs and documents to determine tasks needed for successful API integrations.
  • Act as a liaison between internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure all stakeholders understand optimal setup to successfully integrate customers' platforms with Lincoln's systems.
  • Administer data collection sessions with third party vendors to compile all API integration requirements, details, and intricacies.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to test and validate technical designs & capabilities intended to improve API solutions.
  • Offer support and collaboration during planning meetings, assist with case positioning & proposals, and support the preparation for finalist sales presentations.
  • Leverage and apply foundational knowledge of API integrations and data mapping processes to effectively communicate with technical teams and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • 1 - 3+ Years of experience in operations and/or insurance/benefits directly aligned to the specific responsibilities of this position.
  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret both internal and external documents such as general media/publications, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, policies, proposals, and standard operating procedures.
  • Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Apply concepts such as probability, statistics, modeling, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
