About The Position

The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking an Influencer & Brand Ambassador Specialist to conceive and execute key influencer, ambassador, and community initiatives that drive brand engagement, advocacy, and awareness across social and digital platforms. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Community and Influencer Engagement, this role collaborates on day-to-day influencer and creator marketing efforts while owning select programs, including store ambassador initiatives and gifting programs. The Specialist will support creator sourcing, content coordination, and campaign execution while helping evolve these programs over time.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, community management, and/or brand marketing.
  • Strong interest in health, wellness, lifestyle, and consumer brands.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
  • Creative thinker with finger on the pulse of social trends and digital culture.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and desire to grow responsibilities over time.
  • Team player with flexibility and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting creator or ambassador programs preferred.
  • Prior experience with content coordination or campaign support a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and content management tools preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute influencer and ambassador initiatives that foster brand awareness, engagement, and brand advocacy.
  • Own the execution and day-to-day management of the Shoppe Squad ambassador program, including communications, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Help to recognize and reward brand super-fans, coordinating gifting, tracking shipments, and monitoring engagement.
  • Support influencer sourcing, research, and shortlisting for campaigns and launches.
  • Manage influencer contracts, briefing documents, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to social media brainstorming, trend tracking, and campaign ideation.
  • Maintain organized tracking systems, databases, and documentation for influencer and ambassador programs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across social, marketing, and PR teams.
  • Support PR activations and local events as needed.
