The Smart Home Specialist III is responsible for all Monitoring functions related to Commercial and Residential accounts and basic technical support troubleshooting. As a Specialist III, you will be the eyes and ears for our team to learn how we can continuously improve our products and services for our Members. You will also play an instrumental role in the Member Experience for Smart Home, contributing to our vision of being America's most trusted brand. A key component to the responsibilities for this role is to act in a proactive outbound function. Create and complete proactive Member outreach programs to ensure improved Member satisfaction, and utilize in depth technical support for real time resolution. Must be flexible to work a Tuesday-Saturday shift.
