About The Position
We are seeking a creative and strategic Immersive Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic Learning & Leadership Development team. This role is responsible for designing and delivering interactive, engaging, and experiential learning programs that drive business impact. The ideal candidate will be passionate about human-centered design, experienced in design thinking, and skilled at leading collaborative design sessions with stakeholders. As an Immersive Learning Experience Designer, you will work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams to create learning experiences that are relevant, innovative, and measurable. You will ensure that programs are learner-centric, immersive, and aligned with organizational goals to improve performance and capability development.
