About The Position

The Specialist II, ICON LA Studio Coordinator role at Nike involves supporting the daily operations of a digital imaging studio in Los Angeles. Requirements

• 2-3 years' experience in Photography, Film, Lighting, and Grip, with 1-2 years in a studio or production environment.
• Strong understanding of best facility operation practices.
• Ability to thrive in a self-started, fast-paced, and changing environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Apple OS.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in technical facility management.
• Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and additions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Studio Manager with daily operations of the photo studio.
• Maintain and standardize organizational processes, including updating documents and inventory lists.
• Manage studio and storage spaces, ensuring they are organized and functional.
• Handle deliveries and coordinate catering and craft services for the studio.
• Ensure all teams have the necessary resources to complete their projects.
