About The Position

The Human Resources (HR) Support Services Specialist plays a crucial role in providing administrative support within the HR department. This position is responsible for processing personnel action changes, which includes managing employment verification requests, imaging, and maintaining employment records. The specialist will also support the unemployment claims process and serve as a point of contact for employees and customers seeking information and assistance regarding HR services. This role is essential in ensuring that all HR-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date, facilitating smooth operations within the department and the organization as a whole. In addition to administrative tasks, the HR Support Services Specialist will engage with various stakeholders, including school-based and district employees, administrators, community representatives, legal agencies, and the general public.
