About The Position
The Project Management and Integration Specialist for the FIFA World Cup 2026 will be an integral part of the FIFA26 Hospitality team, reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality Operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of hospitality projects and other related initiatives for the FIFA World Cup 2026™. The specialist will work closely with the Ticketing & Hospitality Department and various stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration across different functional areas involved in delivering FIFA's Hospitality program. In this position, the specialist will be responsible for a range of administrative and operational tasks that support the hospitality project team. This includes organizing and coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and preparing project-related materials. The role also involves developing training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure the hospitality team is well-prepared for their responsibilities. Additionally, the specialist will play a key role in organizing workshops and managing logistics related to travel and accommodation for team members. The Project Management and Integration Specialist will also contribute to project management initiatives by assisting in post-event assessments and providing insights to evaluate the success of hospitality efforts. This position requires a proactive approach to managing documentation and ensuring that all project files are maintained with accuracy and confidentiality. The specialist will serve as a central support role at the Tournament Headquarters during the event, facilitating knowledge transfer processes between the FIFA World Cup 2026 and other FIFA tournaments.
