About The Position

As a member of the Guest Services team, this position will be the first and lasting impression for our patients and families and will support creating a welcoming environment consistent with our hospital values and culture of Patient and Family Centered Care. They will be an advocate, liaison, and problem solver for patients and visitors who enter our facilities and possess superb customer services and hospitality skills. They will facilitate the check in process for the hospital and assist the Guest Services Coordinators with carrying out responsibilities that improve the patient and family experience. Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years experience Hospitality or Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

  • Complete Guest Check In Process.
  • Serve as a patient family advocate, provide effective communication, engagement, and problem solving for guests.
  • Collaborate with Guest Services Leadership to perform additional responsibilities that will support improvement in the patient family experience.
