The Pearson English Language Learning Sales Representative is a field-based, hunter-style role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and increasing adoption of Pearson’s digital ELL solutions. You will uncover new opportunities, acquire and develop new accounts, and grow long-term partnerships by positioning Pearson as a trusted, strategic partner. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, goal-driven sales professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys prospecting and relationship-building, and is comfortable working toward ambitious growth targets. You bring curiosity, resilience, and a customer-first mindset, using strong discovery skills and portfolio knowledge to solve real instructional challenges and improve learner outcomes. This is a remote/home-based position with approximately 65% travel, including but not limited to visits to local college and university campuses, private language schools, community-based organizations, conferences, and national meetings. Please note that we do not offer relocation packages for this position. The ideal candidate should be based within the state of Massachusetts or Connecticut.
